Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days. Delivery working days are Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

    4.Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that all address details provided during checkout are correct and accurate. Étoile & Co. is not liable for refunds or re-deliveries if incorrect address details are submitted with your order.

    5.Customs and Duties:

We cover all potential customs and import duties for international orders.

   6.Lost or Delayed Parcels:

While we take every precaution to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for parcels lost or delayed by the courier. In case of such issues, we recommend contacting the courier with your tracking information for assistance.

   7.Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
